Every year has always its fair share of ups and downs, challenges and victories. This particular year feels to many of us that it had more of the former than the latter. But as we invariably take advantage of the little of down time that the holidays bring us to reflect, I encourage you to take stock of where you stand and specifically think about the things you’re grateful for, your 2020 victories as well as all the things you did that took more courage that you thought you had in you. I promise if you take a little bit of time to do so, you will surprise yourself.
The end of the year is always a good time to take break, spend time with family and recharge. Normally, I'd be the first to flee to a tropical location, but this year, I'll be enjoying a long staycation away from work, social media and computers, as travel anywhere has become challenging to say the least.
I hope that you can also enjoy some downtime with your loved ones and start fresh in the new year. We all need it.
Be kind and see you next year.
