I'm lucky to be surrounded by amazing friends. When I asked them on our last group zoom what they recommended to stay sane during the isolation period, this is what they suggested:
Health and exercise: meditation (x2), jaywalking (go figure), daily walks (x2, because SCIENCE!), yoga, Wim Hof method, hip hop HIIT, trampoline, sleep.
Movie / TV Shows: Samsara (trailer), The Phantom Carriage, Unorthodox, Twilight Zone, Tales From The Loop, Ozark, Love, Last Black Man in San Francisco, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Tiger King, Covert Affairs, Cobra Kai, Graveyard Shift.
