George Tannenbaum has spent well over half of his life in the advertising business yet he still manages to be a nice and very funny guy. He currently makes a living working directly for clients and agencies.

Before that, George worked at illustrious outfits, such as Ogilvy helping run his dream account: IBM. He also worked for R/GA, Hal Riney and Partners, Ally & Gargano, and Lowe. In the course of his career, his work has earned many awards, and he also writes a popular advertising blog called "Ad Aged" which I recommend you read because it's very funny.

Some notes from the podcast:

George’s rules for measuring the quality of your messaging.

The Remy Julienne FIAT ad.

Nissan Pathfinder “Dog Love Trucks” ad.
