I've written before about the importance of acoustics for hospitality design, all this ranting initially triggered by a few very bad experiences with hospitality. It turns out that I'm not the only one thinking about this.
These guys and many others have the expertise to turn an average acoustic experience into a stellar one, but sadly, because their work is not tangible, too often it gets the axe, due to a lack of understanding of how much adverse experiences can negatively affect a restaurant's bottom line.
How do you advocate to your clients that this is an essential part of hospitality design?
