I'll be the first to admit that I can write stuff that's serious and intense at times. Therefore, on Fridays I'll be featuring something more lighthearted, fun or creative, so we can all end the week on a high note. Have a great weekend!

Named in tribute to two out of three Rush members, the aforementioned park in North York is small urban park that doubles as a sculpture garden, with a variety of playful art pieces that are extremely popular with kids and families.

While it's not architecturally groundbreaking, the collaboration between Paul Raff Studio and Forrec is a vibrant public space that fulfills a critical role for the local community, especially for the condo dwellers living nearby.

Of note are the bandshell (Limelight) and the tribute mosaic mural to the band Rush, depicted herein.

If you are in the area, I strongly recommend checking it out.
