Joanne Chan is a designer, Principal at workplace design firm SDI Design in Toronto. When the pandemic hit, her rich experience as a woman leading an established design firm served her well. It turns out it wasn't her first rodeo and she was able to tap into past crisis experiences to navigate these murky waters more effectively.
