Grief and the subject of loss is something that is culturally taboo in western cultures, even though it's something that we all have to go through, the only variable being when it is something that we'll have to deal with.
As I have noticed more and more loss around me of late, I thought I'd share this nifty little book "It's OK that you're not OK" that deals with the subject of grief, what it means and how to deal with it. I read it recently and it helped me realize some important things about my own experience of loss.
If you or someone you know has ever experienced loss of a loved one, I highly recommend it.
Share it with friends, you never know whom it could help.
