Some years ago, Tony Gareri found himself propelled at the helm of his family’s business, Roma Moulding. When the late 2000’s recession hit his business, he was faced with a challenge: either roll up his sleeves and turn the business around or accept his fate. He chose the former and literally transformed his company’s culture in short order. This transformation has not only ensured the long-term prosperity of Roma, now a world leader in their field, but Tony has become a self-described culture maven, preaching to whomever would listen the transformative power of a solid organizational culture.
